Quality of Work - GSE will provide clear, concise, appropriately mapped documents, that add value beyond client expectations and by client deadlines.
Employee Responsibilities - GSE employees shall exemplify our Core Values, provide innovative solutions to clients needs, and be leaders in a growing and changing environment. GSEs employees will all be self-motivated goal setters who are in control of their own growth potential.
Customer Satisfaction - GSE will provide our customers with value-added products and services that are beyond their expectations, and maintain continued satisfaction by receiving client input that will ensure continued business and referrals.
Company Growth - GSE will grow as a company through internal organic growth and the addition of offices and personnel in key geographic areas. GSE will grow as an organization and maintain a significant portion of the market share through account management, client referrals, collaboration, strategic alliances, SBA 8(a) education and marketing, and opportunity identification.
Team Building - GSE will use a team approach to solve problems, obtain work, complete projects and grow as an organization.
