GSE serves a broad range of clientele that includes single family home and residential property owners, Cities and Towns to the U.S. Government and Armed Forces. Our primary client base is made up of the following groups:

Federal

GSE has served as prime contractor for the U.S Army Corps, USCG, USN, US Forest Service and other government agencies providing on-site construction management, consultation and contracting services. GSE has been awarded contracts under the U.S. General Service Administration (GSA) under the following categories:

889 8 Remediation and Reclamation Service

Our GSA Schedule allows us to serve clients quickly and easily using a pre-negotiated price list. Our federal assignments are vast, including wetlands replication, historical building restoration, building enhancements and road reconstruction.

Municipal

GSE provides several municipal clients with consulting services for all types of infrastructure projects. We assist our municipal clients with various tasks relating to pipeline (water, sewer, drain), roadways, solid waste, shoreline, grant writing and other environmental services.

Residential

GSE works closely with homeowners on smaller engineering, permitting and survey tasks that may include plot plans, septic design, environmental permitting and other specialty projects.

Commercial Development

GSE has assisted numerous commercial developers with the pursuit of their projects. From planning stages through design and permitting, GSE provides consultation through virtually every phase of development process from planning to permitting through design and representation.

Contractors

GSE assists site developers and contractors with field staking, record drawing preparation and construction related permitting such as SWPPP’s, Health and Safety Plans, and others.

Consultants

GSE commonly teams with other consulting firms to provide permitting, survey and other services for consulting firms that may not have the area expertise. Our local knowledge of Cape Cod and the South Shore has aided several larger consulting firms that are developing price competitive proposals or require local presence. Additionally our W/MBE and W/DBE status has assisted prime consultants when this goal is required for a municipal or federally advertised project.
